To Start a Mission:
Start by looking through the Mission System.
Pick a Mission appropriate to your rank Here and post the following in a separate topic:

Creating a Mission:
Use This Post as a guideline to creating your personal mission.
Keep in mind that personal missions only give EXP and Ryo as rewards.

If all checks out, the staff member will approve your mission and let you do it!

Upon getting your Mission approved (whether you took a pre-made mission or created your own), the staff member will approve you to do your mission in that post.
If you desire to make personnel changes (such as adding someone or removing someone) make it in that post and the staff will either approve/deny it.
The staff member will keep your request topic opened until after mission completion.
