Creating a Team
Creating a team is an important part of ranking up.  By creating a team and doing missions with your team, you can learn to grow with your team and you can also use this as a means of interacting with your team.  While it is possible to not do missions with your team, you are capable of performing missions with random people; however you don't get the same benefits as doing a job with your team.

Benefits of Creating a Team

- Each member of the team gains a +25% EXP from missions. - Double/Triple Techs can be achieved with members of the same team.  (Cannot do so with others) - Each member gains +10% Ryo for Mission Completion.

Drawbacks of Creating a Team

- Reliance on other people - Potential slow posting - Possibility of members of your team going inactive

Three things you must know when creating a team:
1)  Only people from the same village/faction may create a team with each other.  Lava nin may only team up with other Lava nin, Sky nin may only team up with other Sky nin, Missing Nin may only team up with other Missing Nin.
2)  May only be in 1 team at a time.
3)  Maximum of 4 people on a team at a time.

To find the form for creating a team, go Here.  Use that form and make a request in the "Registered Teams" forum.  Once your application is approved, you may feel free to add people to your team at any time.  

Removal requires the user to:
- Leave the team, themselves
- If they go inactive, they will automatically be removed from the team.
- If they go missing, they will automatically be removed from the team.
- If their character dies, they will automatically be removed from the team.
- If they retire, they will automatically be removed from the team.
