A House costs 100k Ryo.  
Use the following for purchasing a House.

Code:

[u]Home Buyer's Name[/u]:
[u]Name of Residence[/u]:  (This will be the name of your sub-forum in the Housing Area)
[u]Sub-Forum Description[/u]:  Create a description that will appear on the forum.
[u]Sub-Forum Main Announcement[/u]:  Give an expanded explanation of your home.  This will be made into an announcement, so feel free to go in detail if you desire.

Feel free to send in pictures as well with your Main Announcements.

A Clan House costs 400k Ryo.
Use the following for purchasing a Clan House.

Code:

[u]Home Buyer's Name[/u]:
[u]Name of Residence[/u]:  (This will be the name of your sub-forum in the Housing Area)
[u]Residence Description[/u]:  Create a description that will appear on the forum.
[u]Residence Main Announcement[/u]:  Give an expanded explanation of your home.  This will be made into an announcement, so feel free to go in detail if you desire.

[u]Sub-Forum 1 Name[/u]:  Name of your first sub-forum.
[u]Sub-Forum 1 Description[/u]:  Description that will appear on the forum
[u]Sub-Forum 1 Main Announcement[/u]:  Same as above.  

[u]Sub-Forum 2 Name[/u]:  Name of your first sub-forum.
[u]Sub-Forum 2 Description[/u]:  Description that will appear on the forum
[u]Sub-Forum 2 Main Announcement[/u]:  Same as above.  

[u]Sub-Forum 3 Name[/u]:  Name of your first sub-forum.
[u]Sub-Forum 3 Description[/u]:  Description that will appear on the forum
[u]Sub-Forum 3 Main Announcement[/u]:  Same as above.  

Once your place has been created, you will be given moderator status of your home.  Be fair and don't break any of the site rules.  Breaking any of the rules will have your moderator status removed.
